Autumn

This was another experiment-learn how to use fan brushes. They are a fun way to paint a myriad of things – bushes, foliage, feathers, waves, you really just need to use your imagination. Here I tried painting trees in autumn. And I used acrylic which is probably why the colours are more vibrant and stronger than the watercolour doodles I have been doing in the past.

Though that splotchy ochre up in the painting looks ugly, I still like the way it turned out, especially the underbush. Yay!

Let me know your thoughts on it and any tips on how I can improve my skills 🙂

Till Later!
