Found who you were looking for yet?
We’ve never been able to get that ‘the right fit’ is as elusive as finding Shangri-la, perhaps even more. Every one of us is different and hoping that someone, someday will find us who fits into our lives like a glove is a foolish thought. Trying to change someone into your perfect fit is even worse, even if it’s prompted by love. You do a disservice to that person. Compromise is the key to fitting into another’s life. Compromise that is ‘mutual’. And if you can’t do that, drift solo. Rejoice in your uniqueness. It’s liberating.
Have a great Friday and weekend, family.
