I once wrote an article on my birthday about my five gray hair. Yep. Five! I fretted all over the post about how it shocked me and how I was trying (‘trying’ being the operative word here) to take it positively. Fast forward to now, I’ve lost count of how many gray hair I have. […]
GROWING OLD VS GETTING WISER: MY TAKE ON AGEING — Candles Online
This write-up resonates well with me because you have got it right. A couple of days ago, one of my friends commented that she realized companionship matters most in a marriage; something she realized in mid-life. Here is something that I would like to share, if it is one thing that you must focus on, it has to be health. Be consistent in your workouts. Yoga does magic; you will realize it after a couple of weeks. If you are not healthy, you can’t enjoy the wealth and possessions you have. Take care. A well-written piece, this is.

Thanks a lot. I completely agree with you on consistency in workouts. While I do try to be regular, I’ve realized there are times when life just takes over and age reflects no matter how fit you have been. My attempt is to respect my age as well as my body’s requirement to stay fit. I agree with your friend too. When beauty and lust fade away from a relationship like marriage, its only companionship that makes it beautiful. Thanks so much for giving ny write up time. Much appreciated ☺️🙏
